Who Qualifies?
Young adults ages 18-25 in need of housing and who can also cover their monthly rent obligation. Either by self pay or organizational support. We do not preform credit checks, clients who struggle with securing housing due to past evictions are welcomed in homes. Clients with minor criminal offenses are welcomed in our home as well.

How Quick is The Process?
Once a referral is submitted, you will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss the individual's housing needs. An intake interview will be scheduled within 24 hours. Once the intake interview is completed and the potential resident decides to move forward, a licensee agreement will be emailed. Once the licensee agreement is signed and the prorated rent, as well as the non refundable risk fee is paid, the client will be scheduled to move in within 24 hours. Total time can range from 1-3 days depending on availability of room.

Are Utilities Included?
Yes utilities are included in the monthly rate. Internet is also included. Our homes come fully furnished and also have washers and dryers in the properties.
